Top Online Ticket

About our Top Online Ticket

Is this a real flight ticket that I can actually fly with?

Our document is a reservation‑style itinerary designed for proof of onward travel. It is not a paid airline ticket that guarantees boarding. It works for most visa applications and immigration / airline checks, but you should always follow the specific rules of the country you’re entering.

Where has your Top Online Ticket been accepted?

Travelers have used our documents successfully with airlines and immigration officers in dozens of countries, especially in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Acceptance can vary by airline, route, and officer, so there is never a 100% guarantee.

Will I get a PDF? Can I show it on my phone?

Yes. You receive a PDF itinerary that you can download, print, or show from your phone or laptop. Many travelers also keep a printed copy in case an officer prefers paper.

Timing & delivery

How fast will I receive my Top Online Ticket?

In most cases, you’ll see the PDF available for download within minutes after payment. If you select email delivery, we’ll also send a copy to your inbox. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact support with your order ID.

How long is the reservation valid?

Validity depends on the option you select during checkout (for example, 24 hours). Choose a window that comfortably covers your airline check‑in time and border crossing, and avoid cutting it too close.

Can you rush my order if I’m flying soon?

If your flight is within the next few hours, you should still be able to receive a document in time in most cases. Mention your departure time and airline in your message so we can prioritize support if anything looks off.

Changes, refunds & special cases

Can I change the date, name, or route after purchase?

Small corrections may be possible, especially for typos caught quickly. For major changes like a new route or passenger, we usually need to create a new reservation. Reach out with your order ID and we’ll explain the options.

What if my airline or immigration officer doesn’t accept the document?

Rarely, an officer may ask for a different type of proof (for example, a fully paid ticket or itinerary with a specific airline). Because decisions are outside our control, we can’t guarantee acceptance, but we’ll do our best to adjust your document where possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Our service fee covers the work of creating and delivering your onward reservation. In general, we can’t refund orders that have already been generated, but we review edge cases such as duplicate charges or technical issues. See our refund policy for full details.
